Stellar equipment is almost the best one for the character (only crystal gear is better).
It is perfect for the newcomers that are unable to farm Crystals at the moment.
At the beginning of the game stellar gives you a large boost to the power rank and will allow you to reach higher power rank.
Stellar equipment drops from the chests found in dungeons and from world bosses with a certain chance. This chance depends on your Magic Find stat. Usually new players won’t get any stellar drops at all.
