A Portal Scroll is a common currency item that instantly creates a portal when used. The skill gem Portal is the spell version.

This item cannot be used while in a master’s mission area, such as Temporal incursions provided by Alva or Syndicate Laboratory (side area where Research division of Immortal Syndicate encounter happens during missions of Jun). Also portals disabled in the Abandoned Citadels (small areas with Watchstone Altars), no matter if it’s currently inhabited by Conquerors or empty, in other words: portals disabled during the fight with a Conqueror, after the fight, and any other time inside Abandoned Citadel found in the map.
